Nancy Beardsley works with authors on everything from detailed proofreading to general critiques of style, plot and structure. She began her career as an associate editor at Ardis, a small press specializing in Russian literature, then moved on to Voice of America, where she was a feature writer, radio broadcaster and Book Editor, spending much of her on-air time reporting on the latest books, literary events and publishing trends in the United States. Washingtonian magazine cited her show as one of the top “places to talk” for authors visiting the D.C. area. Nancy also does editing work at the Smithsonian Museum of American History Archives. |
